This 60 year old (originally obese) woman had bilateral mastectomies and lived with that situation for 10 years after her breast cancer treatment. When I met her, she was motivated to improve her physique. Bilateral expanders stretched her chest wall skin, and she started losing weight. The first pre-op photo shows her with expanders in just before exchange with 650cc implants . Six months later we constructed nipple- areolas, and did a tummy tuck on her also, thanks to her 60lb. weight loss. She looks fabulous and 20 years younger.
