A 32 year old woman with tubular, asymmetric breasts throughout her development wanted to feel normal. A 300cc round textured implant right and a 400cc round implant left with full mastopexies made her finally symmetrical in volume and nipple level, and rejuvenated her self- image.

A petite 22 year old had a B cup right and an A cup left breast. VECTRA imaging visualized and measured her difference in dimensions, and determined that a right 250cc round and a left 330cc round implant was needed. She is now a cute 32C cup.

Style: Allergan Saline Style 68 Shape: Round Shape; High Profile Size: Right 480cc and Left 440cc This patient wanted to look augmented and she does. Eventually, it settled down and looks more natural. A 480cc implant is too large for her thin frame, and I don’t like it.

Style: Allergan Saline Style 468 Shape: Teardrop Shape Size: 195cc This thin woman had rejected implants, and then decided she really needed them. A very conservative saline implant was exchanged for a rounder smooth silicone implant. She is happy now, especially in clothes.

I exchanged her 420cc implants for high profile 550’s, which she felt she could “pull off”. Not my usual augmentation; but a stupendous result in a bikini.
