This thin young woman had one pregnancy that gave her asymmetric ptosis. She missed her pre-pregnancy fullness. Round 370cc saline implants provided moderate-projection and fullness; and periareolar mastopexies helped to drag her breast tissue on top of her implants to give her a sloping natural shape. Without the mastopexy, her NAC’s would have hung off the implant.
