A 30 year old woman with significant chest wall asymmetry wanted a breast augmentation, but was problematic. Vectra was absolutely necessary in choice of implants. A 360cc low profile plus Allergan on the right higher side, and a 445 moderate profile plus Allergan on the left depressed side corrected her almost perfectly. Her upper pole fullness settled down by 9 months, after the post-op photos were taken.
