A young 40-year-old had an augmentation performed by me 20 years prior. Years later the patient replaced these with textured implants while living in Europe. She recently came back to me seeking a correction. A capsular contracture required revision and exchange for Allergan smooth 405cc moderate profile implants, with fat grafting into her medial cleavage and lower poles. This provided the softness she needed without a mastopexy that she did not want. The patient now feels confident with her breast like she did 20 years ago.
