This 49 year old woman wanted to look not tired. A facelift improved her neck and jawline. However, if not for the temporal browlift that re-set her brow arch upward, and the lower lid lasering  that smoothed and lifted her lid-cheek junction, she would not have had such a great result. If you need a browlift, you must do it.
