Weight loss in your 70’s often reveals things you did not realize. A woman came in with a large tumor on her left upper back. Seven months after resecting that, she asked me to get rid of her bat wings hanging off her arms. A brachioplasty had to be taken down onto the lateral chest wall to resect all the redundant tissue. Her upper body is now normal commensurate with her small stature.
