A very tall statuesque woman suffered from pregnancy weight gain never lost, and abdominal laxity. A good aggressive liposuction of her flanks 1800, fat harvesting and grafting into her buttocks, and a tummy  tuck restored her figure to model status and then was followed by a breast augmentation.
