A pretty but plump young woman was determined  to get fit. She had had 3 pregnancies and had a large ventral hernia. A 3000 cc liposuction of her legs, and a hernia repair with tummy tuck smoothed her figure shape,  and gave her a flat tight abdomen like she had never had before.
