This woman had narrow hips, but her abdomen was destroyed by her pregnancies. I asked her to lose 10 lbs to reduce her intra-abdominal fat some, and then a 1500 cc liposuction of her large flanks and a tummy tuck reduced her protuberant abdomen to flat, and gave her a semblance of a waist finally.
