A woman in her late 30’s wanted to restore her abdomen after 2 big babies. Liposuction of her medial thighs and flanks took 2400 grams off, and then an abdominoplasty fixed her abdominal wall laxity. Her goal was to keep the 10 lbs she lost with the procedure off for good.
