A very healthy late 50’s year old wanted her abdomen to return to its pre-pregnancy line. A tummy tuck with a 3000 cc liposuction of her flanks, and medial land lateral thighs slimmed her down significantly so that she looked like she was in her 20’s. She had a 

facelift a year later.
