A 40 year old woman was determined to lose weight and get control of her shape. Satisfied with smaller breasts, a mastopexy was done first. Then, after 3 months, an abdominoplasty and aggressive 3500 liposuction contoured her waist, love handles, and thighs, giving her a compact and more athletic figure.
