A 32 year old woman lost 150 lbs with a gastric bypass, and was now 135 lbs with many inches of loose skin. She wanted it all removed. An abdominoplasty, medial thigh lifts, and lateral thigh and buttock lifts were done in one surgery. When Exparel is used on the fascial incisions, the post-op pain is bearable. I have a video of her smiling the next day as she gets up to walk. She did so well.
