A great cook and a mother may have some ups and downs in weight gain/loss. This 50 year old underwent an abdominoplasty after 4 pregnancies, and a buttock and lateral thigh  lift to shrink her skin envelope back down to her petite shape.  She eventually had a breast lift as a secondary procedure.
