Case Details

Another thin 18 year old had unilateral left gynecomastia- very obvious and abnormal. His endocrine work-up was normal. A plum sized mass of breast tissue was sent for pathology from the left breast and proved to be normal without malignancy. These photos are from one month post- op, and his left areola returned to normal size and shape. This was also covered by insurance.
