I did a breast augmentation on this young woman in her 20’s, and then of course she proceeded to have 3 pregnancies. In her late 30’s she thought her breasts were too droopy and big- a 34 DD. She had in fact grown breast tissue when most thin young women lose breast tissue after nursing. This revision entailed smaller 250cc implants and a breast lift. As you can see, much better and fitting into her size 4 clothes.
