A overweight tall woman in her 50’s had 44DDD breasts that hung down to her waist with unrelenting back pain. I estimated the right breast was about 300G smaller. At surgery 500G right and 900G left of tissue were removed, giving her a 42 big C profile and much back pain relief, aside from looking 20lbs lighter.
