A very deflated 50 year old wanted to have large voluptuous breasts that she liked  at this late stage in her life. I got her to quit smoking.  Bilateral high profile 600 cc implants really filled her out, and she still needed periareolar mastopexies.  This is a large augmentation for me, only offered when absolutely requested.
