This young woman just developed with droopiness in her teens. At 28, she wanted a very full perky breast, and understood she needed a lift also. We used Allergan anatomic silicone implants and a full mastopexy to give her a 34D cup stature. Three babies later, at age 36, we replaced the recalled Allergan textured implants with Allergan smooth 400cc implants and she looks just as good- maybe better.
