Case Details

A 55 year old beautiful woman had old saline implants that were too large and malpositioned.
She needed to look younger and have symmetry. Her old implants were explanted, and 425cc Sientra tear-drop shaped textured implants (Classic lower profile) were placed in medialized pockets and bilateral mastopexies performed. These are her scars at one month and they healed well.
