Pregnancies resulted in deflation  of a young mid-30’s  woman to a 36B cup bra. She did not want to be big, but wanted some upper pole  fullness.  350cc  moderate profile implants with a full mastopexy gave her a 36 small D cup, and she was very pleased with her restored breast profile.
