A young woman presented with a mild pectus excavatum deformity and asymmetric volume tubular breasts. Bilateral augmentations with a moderate profile 330cc on the right and a 375cc moderate on the left, and bilateral mastopexies resulted in a youthful, lifted profile. Vectra imaging predicted what we needed, and helps me be precise with implant choices.
