Case Details

A 60 year old never had an breast development in her youth, and on top of that had a pectus excavatum sternal deformity. A conservative breast augmentation with anatomic Sientra gel implants, 240cc and 280cc, gave her a normal breast shape and camouflaged her pectus. She expressed to me how much this surgery changed her life. Vectra imaging predicted her result, and helps me be precise with implant choice.
