Case Details
A 20 year old woman was assaulted and suffered a broken nose and septum. Months later, she presented for correction of the above, but also wanted refinement of her nasal profile – overly long and crooked. A septoplasty straightened her septum, and a rhinoplasty straightened her nasal bones, canted cartilages, and shortened and lifted her tip. She is much more beautiful now.
