Case Details

This young woman in her late 20’s had a very abnormal hump and very crooked nose with canting to the left, and a plunging boxy tip. Her very difficult surgery involved a septoplasty, turbinectomies, and a rhinoplasty complicated by bleeding. In the end, she had a straight nose, a refined elevated tip, and normal dorsal profile.
