A chubby 16 year old boy had protruding Grade III gynecomastia that greatly troubled him and his parents. His endocrine work-up was negative. Liposuction and excision removed 450 grams of tissue from each chest. His stretched skin contracted well without irregularities in contour. He lost 30lbs, and then grew 4 more inches. His parents’ insurance refused to pay for his procedure.
