A 36 year old deflated (by pregnancies) patient had Grade III (below the fold) breast ptosis. She wanted a natural but full shape added to her droopy B cup tissue. At that time, we used a tear-drop shaped 350cc saline implant, but now would use the same size and projection Sientra silicone implant. She required full mastopexies and her scars healed wonderfully, shown here at 1 month.
