A thin 17 year old young man felt tenderness and masses under his nipple-areola complexes (NAC for short), and his body fat was obviously low. There was no fat to liposuction in surgery. A firm hard white Oreo-cookie sized mass of breast tissue was removed from a 1/3-periareolar scar. His chest looks very normal today as he has grown to 6’3”. This procedure was covered by insurance.
