This almost 50 year old thought she was still attractive and wanted to look better in clothes. Her breast implants were replaced, and then we undertook a an abdominoplasty, and 2500cc liposuction of her flanks and thighs. Post-op, she got her weight down to 125 lbs. Years later, she sent me a letter telling me how beautiful she still was.
