A high school senior wanted to be motivated to lift weights,  but felt his gynecomastia would look worse. In a surgery that his insurance would not authorize, I suctioned 200 G of fat and roughly 40 G of breast tissue from each side of his chest. He feels very confident now and has gained 15lbs of muscle.
