Case Details

A 38 year old Asian man had protruding NAC’S due to gynecomastia that made snug polo shirts difficult for him. Liposuction and excisional surgery removed 300 grams of tissue from each chest. In his post-op photos his 1/3 peri areolar scar is invisible and his NAC’S have decompressed to normal size. His insurance refused to pay for this procedure.
