A very tall and statuesque 36 year old had tubular breasts. Always- a mastopexy must be done on tubular breasts to create a normal areola-to-inframammary distance, otherwise the implant will sit too high. Fairly large 510cc round silicone implants filled her chest diameter, and reflected her naturally conical breast shape. Three years later, I can tell you that her breast is rounder, and she looks like a goddess, especially after she had a tummy tuck.
