Case Details

A 42 year old deflated after nursing 2 babies. She had a somewhat tubular breast shape. A very conservative augmentation with round 270cc implants (now we would use silicone Allergan’s MP’s) and periareolar mastopexies gave her a normal 36C breast shape. She looks great in clothes but not “augmented”, which she absolutely did not want.
