A late 20’s year old with significant chest wall and breast asymmetry wanted to look more mature- not like a preteen. She had a depressed R rib cage. A moderate profile plus implant on the right and a moderate profile on the left normalized her breast projection, and gave her very tight breast a round shape. She went on to becoming a body building champion and you would not believe her photos with these same implants in.
