Tall and statuesque, this 30 year old just wanted to normalize her ptotic, tubular breasts into a better shape. A 510cc moderate profile implant on the right tighter lower pole breast, and a 480 cc implant on the right with periareolar mastopexies gave her a semblance of a rounder breast that only improved with time.
