Case Details

A woman in her mid‑20’s had severe nasal septal deviation with airway obstruction, compounded by a long nose and a pinched tip. A septoplasty and rhinoplasty improved her airway, shortened and straightened her nose, and made her face very attractive with a nose that complimented it.
