A mid‑20’s young woman wanted her nose to be narrower and more feminine. In a rhinoplasty we shortened, rasped and significantly narrowed her nasal bones and septum, and refined the tip. Neck liposuction and fat grafting to her lips slimmed her jawline and made her profile prettier.
