Case Details
A handsome student/actor/ business major in his early 20’s wanted refinement of his large Roman nose, but nothing effeminate. A septoplasty to straighten his crooked septum and a rhinoplasty decreased projection, shortened the length slightly, and refined his tip (more than seen in these early photos) as his swelling decreased. He is clearly more camera-ready.
