A 49 year old woman wanted a full D breast to match her right after a left mastectomy. A left TRAM flap from her fatty abdomen supplied the left beast, and she had a right mastopexy. Because she was so fair, her very pink scars took 9 months to fade, after these post- op photos. She looks quite good and voluptuous at this point.
