A 50 year old woman with D cup breasts wanted to keep her full figure despite facing a right mastectomy. A TRAM flap utilizing her lower abdominal tissue supplied a large paddle of skin and fat, and as a bonus, improved her abdominal contour. This took 3 months of healing.
