A 40 year old man was fit but had right-worse- than-left gynecomastia. Liposuction and excision contoured his chest, and removed 200 grams of tissue on the right, and 125 grams on the left. After his swelling resolved at 8 weeks, he was very symmetrical. His insurance refused to pay for his surgery.
